This is a perfect diet for those who need lose those extra kilos and are carrot fanatics. It is a different plan and very easy to put into practice, if you do it strictly it will allow you lose about 3 kilos in 10 days. You must have a healthy state of health to be able to put it into practice.

If you are going to carry out this diet you will have to drink as much water as possible daily and infusions between meals, sweeten your drinks with sweetener, season your meals with salt and a minimum amount of olive oil.
