As you know, broccoli is high in vitamin C, vitamin E and soluble dietary fiber, so do not hesitate when preparing this recipe.
Ingredients for four servings:
250 g dry pasta, like semolina spaghetti
2 cups broccoli
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon basil, chopped
2 or 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Boil the broccoli in water and salt and without cutting, let it cool out of the pot. Without throwing the water, cook the pasta right there and when it is al dente take a pan and brown the garlic cloves and broccoli in vegetable spray, add them to the noodles before serving on the plates.
