Diet based on apples and tomatoes

Snack: 1 glass of tomato juice, 1 glass of apple juice and 1 slice of whole wheat toast.
Dinner: 200g. grilled chicken, tomato salad seasoned with olive oil, 1 slice of toasted white bread and 2 apples.

You should drink as much water as possible during the day.
