Reducing abdomen diet

I present you a different diet by which you will not only lose an approximate 4 kilos in a week but you will lose almost 5 centimeters of abdomen.
How is it achieved? It is simple, you have to follow this diet to the letter without ingesting extra grams or giving yourself any extra permission. Try it and you will see.

Breakfast:
2 apple.
1/2 banana.
4 almonds.
1 grapefruit or orange juice.

Lunch.:
150 gr. of fish.
1 small can of tuna
1 cooked potato mixed with tomato, onion and parsley.

Snack:
2 large figs.
1 coffee + 1 tablespoons of light condensed milk.
2 slices whole wheat bread and cheese.

Price:
A scrambled eggs with light cheese, egg, shrimp and avocado.
