Egg white and brown rice diet

This is a diet designed for all those people who need to lose weight a few extra pounds. It is a very simple plan to carry out, it is based mainly on the intake of egg white and brown rice. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose about 1 kilo in 3 days.

If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener, add the cooked egg whites and boiled brown rice and season your dishes with salt, grated light cheese and a minimum amount of olive oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you do the diet.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion, 1 fruit and 1 low-fat yogurt with fruits or cereals.

Mid-morning: 1 infusion.

Lunch: egg whites and brown rice. You can eat the amount of egg whites and rice you want.

Mid afternoon: 1 infusion.

Snack: 1 infusion, 1 fruit and 1 low-fat yogurt with fruits or cereals.

Dinner: 1 cup of vegetable soup, 2 egg whites and 1 deep plate of brown rice.
