950 calorie diet

This is a diet designed to lose weight that can be done by anyone regardless of gender or age. If you do it, you must have extreme perseverance in controlling the amount of calories you eat because they should not exceed 950. It will allow you to lose 2 kilos in 15 days if you practice it to the letter.

You will have to drink as much water as possible, cook and season the food with salt, lemon juice and a minimum amount of olive oil and sweeten the infusions with sweetener. You can modify some of the foods that are detailed in the menu as long as they are within the parameters of the regime.

Daily menu

Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 slice of white bread spread with light jam.

Mid-morning: 1 low-fat yogurt.

Lunch: 1 cup of light vegetable broth, 1 deep plate of rice salad, lettuce, tomato, peas and onion and 1 apple.

Mid afternoon: 1 low-fat yogurt.

Snack: 1 infusion of your choice and 3 rice crackers spread with light white cheese.

Dinner: 1 cup of light vegetable broth, 150g. chicken, lean meat or fish, 1 serving of your choice of raw vegetable salad and 1 pear.
