750 calorie diet

This is a diet designed for people who need to lose weight, it can be done by anyone who has a healthy state of health. If you do it, you must be consistent in controlling the amount of calories you eat because they cannot exceed 750. It will allow you to lose 2 kilos in 8 days if you practice it strictly.

You will have to drink as much water as possible, season the food with salt and a minimum amount of olive oil and sweeten the infusions with sweetener. You can modify some of the foods that are detailed in the menu as long as they are within the parameters of the regime.

Example of daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice cut with skim milk and 1 apple.

Mid-morning: 1 glass of citrus fruit juice.

Lunch: 1 cup of light broth, 1 grilled hake fillet, 1 serving of your choice of raw vegetable salad and 1 pear.

Mid afternoon: 1 low-fat yogurt.

Snack: 1 infusion of your choice and 2 slices of toasted bran bread spread with jam or light cheese.

Dinner: 1 cup of vegetable broth, 100g. grilled chicken or meat, 1 serving of boiled vegetables or pureed 1 vegetable of your choice and 1 grapefruit.

After dinner: 1 infusion of your choice.
