600 calorie diet

This is an elaborate diet for those who need to lose a few kilos, it can be done by anyone who has an optimal state of health. If you do it, you must control the calories you eat because they cannot exceed 600. It will allow you to lose 3 kilos in 8 days if you do it strictly.

You will have to drink as much water as possible daily, season food with salt and a minimum amount of sunflower oil and sweeten the infusions with sweetener. It is advised that you do some type of physical activity to burn fat and thus lose weight faster.

Example of daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice (tea, coffee or cooked mate) and 50g. of cheese for salut.

Mid-morning: 1 glass of citrus fruit juice.

Lunch: 1 deep plate of homemade vegetable soup and 1 cup of homemade fruit salad.

Mid afternoon: 1 low-fat yogurt.

Snack: 1 infusion of your choice (tea, coffee or cooked mate) and 2 light table toasts spread with light jam.

Dinner: 1 cup of light broth, 150g. chicken, meat or fish, 1 serving of your choice of raw vegetable salad and 1 fruit of your choice.

After dinner: 1 infusion of your choice (tea, coffee or cooked mate).

    TODAY IS DAY 1 AND I START WITH THE DIET OF 600 CALORIES. I HAVE ONE WEEK. UNTIL NEXT FRIDAY I WANT TO LOSE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE THAT IS WHY I WANT TO STOP EATING IRON WILL CHALLENGE.
