550 calorie diet

This is a diet designed for people who have several extra kilos and need to lose weight quickly. You can do this regimen for a maximum of 1 week, it will allow you to lose 3 kilos. If you want to do it for longer, you should make a consultation with your family doctor.

If you are determined to carry out this diet you must strictly control the calories of the foods you eat since they cannot exceed 650 calories. You will also have to drink as much water as possible, sweeten your infusions with sweetener and season with salt and lemon juice.

Daily menu

Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice (tea, coffee or cooked mate), 2 hard-boiled eggs and 1 orange.

Lunch: 3 hard-boiled eggs and fruits of your choice. You can eat the amount you want of fruit.

Snack: 1 infusion of your choice (tea, coffee or cooked mate) cut with skim milk, 1 hard-boiled egg and 1 grapefruit.

Dinner: 3 hard-boiled eggs and your choice of cooked or raw vegetables less potato and sweet potato. You can eat the amount you want of vegetables.
