This is a diet designed especially for all those people who need to lose a few extra pounds. It is a very simple plan to do and is based mainly on the intake of salpicón. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose 1 ½ kilo in 5 days.
If you are determined to carry out this diet you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink at least 2 liters of water daily, make the salpicón with chicken, meat or tuna and 4 vegetables that are to your liking, flavor the infusions with sweetener or drink bitter and season foods minimally with salt, herbs, vinegar and a small amount of olive oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you make the plan.
Daily menu:
Breakfast: 1 infusion and 1 large fruit or 1 low-fat yogurt.
Mid-morning: 1 large glass of light soda.
Lunch: 300g. of spatter.
Mid afternoon: 1 portion of light gelatin.
Snack: 1 infusion and 3 light water cookies spread with light white cheese.
Dinner: 1 or 2 cups of light broth, 100g. of salpicón and 1 cup of fruit salad.
Before going to bed: 1 infusion.
