350 calorie diet

This is a diet that will help you lose weight that you have extra and that bother you so much. It is a difficult plan to carry out because you incorporate a small amount of food, you must control the calories you incorporate since they should not exceed 350 daily.

If you follow this diet strictly it will allow you to lose between 3 and 3 ½ kilos in 7 days. Now, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with only salt and a minimum amount of olive oil.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice cut with skim milk and 1 grapefruit or orange.

Mid-morning: 1 glass of juice of 1 fruit of your choice.

Mid-afternoon: 1 low-fat yogurt with fruits or cereals.

Snack: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 toast of wholemeal bread or bran spread with cheese or light jam.

Dinner: ligth broth, 1 serving of fish, meat or chicken, 1 serving of your choice of green vegetable salad and 1 kiwi or 1 small banana.

Before going to bed: 1 infusion of your choice or 1 glass of juice of 1 citrus fruit of your choice.
