1950 calorie diet

This is a diet designed for people who need to lose those extra kilos but who do not want to do it quickly. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose between 2 and 2 ½ kilos in 1 month. Of course, you will have to control the amount of calories you incorporate because they will not be able to exceed 1950.

If you are determined to put this dietary plan into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, do some kind of physical activity, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt and a minimal amount of olive oil.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice, 1 low-fat yogurt and 1 fruit of your choice.

Mid-morning: 1 infusion of your choice and 2 light table toasts spread with light white cheese.

Lunch: 1 cup of light broth, boiled vegetables of your choice and 1 portion of light gelatin with 1 fruit of your choice mixed. You can eat the amount of vegetables you want.

Mid-afternoon: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 light cereal bar or 2 light water cookies.

Snack: 1 infusion of your choice cut with skim milk, 3 small toasts of whole wheat bread spread with light jam and 1 fruit of your choice.

Dinner: 1 cup of homemade vegetable soup, 150g. chicken or fish, 1 serving of raw vegetable salad of your choice and 1 serving of light gelatin with 1 fruit of your choice mixed.

After dinner: 1 infusion of your choice. You can cut it with skim milk.
