1700 calorie diet

This is a diet designed especially for those people who need to lose a few extra kilos. It is an easy regimen to do that can be done by anyone in a healthy state of health. It will allow you to lose weight around 3 1 kilos in my if you do it to the letter.

If you are determined to implement this diet to lose weight you will have to drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt, herbs, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and a minimum amount of olive oil.

Example of daily menu

  • Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice, 1 low-fat yogurt and 1 pear.
  • Mid-morning: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 kiwi.
  • Lunch: 1 cup of light or homemade broth, 100g. of baked fish, 1 deep plate of raw vegetable salad of your choice and 1 light gelatin.
  • Mid-afternoon: 1 glass of fruit juice of your choice and 1 cereal bar.
  • Snack: 1 infusion of your choice cut with skim milk, 3 bran or whole grain cookies spread with light jam and 1 mandarin.
  • Dinner: 1 cup of light or homemade broth, 150g. of lean meat or baked chicken, 1 small portion of puree of 1 vegetable of choice, 1 small portion of salad of choice and 1 apple.
  • After dinner: 1 infusion of your choice.
