This is a diet specially designed for all those people who need to lose those extra kilos that bother them so quickly. It is a very simple regimen to carry out, if you practice it strictly it will allow you to lose about 3 kilos in 11 days.
To be able to carry out this diet you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt, herbs and a minimum amount of olive oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you make the plan.
Daily menu:
Breakfast: 1 cup of tea, 1 glass of drinkable strawberry or vanilla yogurt and 1 banana.
Lunch: boiled vegetables of your choice and 1 apple. You can eat the amount of vegetables you want.
Snack: 1 cup of coffee with skim milk, 1 tangerine and 1 toast of bran bread.
Dinner: light broth, 100g. of meat, chicken, fish or whole grain noodles, 1 serving of your choice of vegetable salad and 1 serving of light gelatin. You can drink the amount of broth you want.
