Vermichelis with light broccoli sauce

This is a light recipe specially designed for you if you are a person who is doing a diet to lose weight that you have extra but you need to make a patillo based on pasta with some type of light sauce that when eating it does not incorporate a high amount of calories.

If you prepare this recipe strictly with the elements and quantities that are detailed below, you will be able to taste delicious and different pastas, you will also be incorporating vegetables. Now, you should know that if you overeat this preparation you will be incorporating extra calories.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

»400g. of Vermichelis noodles.
»2 cups of skim milk.
" Salt.
" Pepper.
»Provençal.
»300g. broccoli.
»3 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
»2 small onions, chopped.
»2 cloves of garlic.
»Vegetable spray.
»2 chopped green onions.

Preparation:

You will first have to boil the broccoli in water for 15 minutes and strain it. Then you should sauté the onions, garlic cloves and green onions in a pan with vegetable spray. Once cooked you will have to add the boiled broccoli cut into pieces together with the milk, salt, pepper and Provençal, you will have to stir and cook for 10 minutes.

On the other hand, you will have to heat water, once it is boiling, throw a handful of salt on it and cook the vermichelis until they are ready. Once the pasta is cooked you should serve them in a source, pour the broccoli sauce over it and sprinkle the chopped parsley on top.
