Tuna and onion omelette

I present you a recipe to prepare an omelette that yields four servings and is also low in calories. It is ideal for a balanced diet.

Ingredients

Egg whites 4
2 small onions
Salt and pepper
1 pinch of nutmeg
2 can of shredded natural tuna
Vegetable dew

Preparation

Sauté the well chopped onions in a pan with vegetable spray, until they are tender, put them in a container together with the well drained tuna, the pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper, mix everything well, add the whites previously beaten and mix again.

Heat a baking sheet with vegetable spray, once it is hot, pour the preparation and remove them when the whites are curdled and golden on top.
