Tomatoes stuffed with tuna

A quick, different, rich and low calorie recipe for a cool summer day or a cold winter night, to share with a rich green leafy salad.

Ingredients
2 large round tomatoes
2 egg whites
Sal Island
Olive oil
Natural shredded tuna
4 tablespoons of cooked brown rice
2 teaspoons mustard
2 tablespoons rolled oats

Preparation
Cut the tomatoes in the part of the stem and hollow out very well with the spoon, being careful not to break them, you must remove only the part of the seeds and the pulp. When they are hollowed out, put a mixture of mustard, rolled oats, brown rice, tuna and a drizzle of oil on top
Put the tomatoes on a baking sheet and take it to a strong oven, so that the egg is gratin, serve and eat warm or cold.
