Cut off the cooking water

One of the most common tips is generally to boil the vegetables to cook them, in a limited time. Cut the cooking, simply adding cold water or remove the saucepan from the heat for a few minutes. The vegetables are served on the plate, thus reducing half of the oligosaccharides.

Remove the skin

Another reason that normally causes gas and indigestion problems in vegetables is their skin, especially if it is thick. Herbs used against gas

You can make a kind of little package with gauze and place inside it fennel, cumin, anise, parsley, coriander, and others. It should be used during cooking to see how flatulence problems are reduced. You can also drink an infusion with these plants after eating.
