Ingredients:

»1 kilo of strawberries.

»1 kilo of oranges.

»100cc. skim milk.

»100cc. of water.

»1 tablespoon of powdered sweetener.

»2 tablespoons of light heavy cream.

Preparation:

You will need to carefully wash all the strawberries first, then cut the leaves and ends. On the other hand, you must peel all the oranges and remove the seeds. Once the two fruits are prepared, you must process them until you achieve a paste or cream that does not contain lumps.

Once all the fruits are processed you will have to add the skim milk, the water, the powdered sweetener and the light milk cream and mix all the elements well. Finally you will have to place the preparation in the fridge for 20 minutes and then you can serve it in any kind of glass.
