Pumpkin-based diet to combat constipation

This is a diet designed for all those who suffer from constipation, it is very easy to perform and based mainly on the intake of pumpkin. You can only put it into practice for 2 days in a row, to do it again you will have to wait around 7 days in a row.

To be able to implement this diet to combat constipation you will have to have a healthy state of health, eat boiled pumpkin, drink at least 3 liters of water daily, flavor all your infusions with sweetener and season all meals with salt, oregano and a minimal amount of sunflower.

Daily menu:

On an empty stomach: ½ liter of water.

Breakfast: infusion and yogurt or milk with cereals and 3 tablespoons of fiber.

Mid-morning: kiwis.

Lunch: brown rice, pumpkin and fruit croquettes.

Mid afternoon: plums.

Snack: infusion and toast of bran bread spread with cheese or sweet.

Dinner: fish, scrambled eggs with broccoli, artichokes, asparagus and chard and fruits.

After dinner: digestive infusion.

Before going to bed: ½ liter of water.
