Scrambled eggs with light peas

This recipe is designed especially for those who are following a diet to lose weight because it is composed mainly of peas and non-fattening elements, by ingesting this preparation you will provide your body with a minimum amount of calories.

If you prepare it as detailed below, you can also eat a rich, different meal that is mostly not included in the menu of diets practiced by people. It is important to clarify that you will not be able to overeat this preparation because in this way if you will incorporate more calories.

Ingredients (2 servings):

»600g. of peas.

" 2 egg whites.

»2 small onions.

»1 small red bell pepper.

»100g. of cheese for salut.

" Sunflower oil.

" Salt.

" Oregano.

»Ground chili pepper.

Preparation:

First you will have to cut the onions and the bell pepper very finely and sauté them in a very hot pot greased with the sunflower oil, you will have to cook the vegetables until they are tender and the onion is transparent. You will have to be careful that they do not burn, otherwise the vegetables will not serve.

Once the vegetables are cooked you will have to add the peas, mix well and cook for 10 minutes. Finally add the whites, the cheese and the seasonings to taste, you will have to mix continuously until the white is cooked. You will have to serve it hot, you can use it as a garnish for any type of meat.
