Ingredients (2 servings):
»600g. of peas.
" 2 egg whites.
»2 small onions.
»1 small red bell pepper.
»100g. of cheese for salut.
" Sunflower oil.
" Salt.
" Oregano.
»Ground chili pepper.
Preparation:
First you will have to cut the onions and the bell pepper very finely and sauté them in a very hot pot greased with the sunflower oil, you will have to cook the vegetables until they are tender and the onion is transparent. You will have to be careful that they do not burn, otherwise the vegetables will not serve.
Once the vegetables are cooked you will have to add the peas, mix well and cook for 10 minutes. Finally add the whites, the cheese and the seasonings to taste, you will have to mix continuously until the white is cooked. You will have to serve it hot, you can use it as a garnish for any type of meat.
