Scrambled eggs with chard and light chicken

This is a very easy to make light recipe that you can make in a very short time and that requires a minimum amount of elements, it is basically made with chard and chicken. Now, you can eat it at any meal of the day, both at lunch and dinner.

This recipe for chard and light chicken scramble was specially prepared for all those who are putting into practice a diet to lose weight or maintenance because if you incorporate it in the right amounts, it will provide you with a minimum amount of calories.

Ingredients:

> 3 bundles of chard.

> 1 clove of garlic.

> 1 large onion.

> 1 chicken supreme.

> Salt.

> Pepper.

> Oregano.

> Olive oil.

Preparation:

First you will have to carefully wash the chard leaves and cut the stem, boil them, let them cool and finally remove the excess water. On the other hand, you will have to cut the chicken into small pieces and sauté it in a saucepan previously greased with a minimum amount of olive oil.

In a frying pan you should sauté the garlic and onion, cut very small. Once they are cooked you will have to add the chopped chard and the sautéed chicken pieces and mix well. Finally, you will have to season with salt, pepper and oregano and cook for 20 minutes.
