This is one specially designed for all those people who like to eat food in the form of a sandwich, who are away from home all day and who need to lose a few extra pounds. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose 2 kilos in 15 days.

To be able to put this diet into practice you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt and a minimum amount of oil. Of course, you should make your sandwich in light form and with 1 slice of bread.

Example of daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion and 5 light biscuits.

Mid-morning: 1 low-fat yogurt.

Lunch: instant light soup or broth, 1 sandwich containing 1 serving of chicken or meat,
some green leafy vegetables and some common vegetables and 1 fruit. You can drink the amount of broth or soup you want.

Mid afternoon: 1 fruit.

Snack: 1 infusion and 5 light cookies.

Dinner: 1 serving of fish, vegetable salad of your choice and 1 serving of light gelatin.

Before going to bed: 1 infusion or 1 fruit.
