Roast beef salad lettuce tomato and cucumber low calories

This salad is a complete dish, which will yield 3 servings, it is ideal for when you have pieces of meat left in the oven and you don't know what to do, well now you know in just 20 minutes a rich and yielding dish.

Ingredients

1 piece of lean roast beef the size of the palm of your hand
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of one lemon
Sal Island
2 ripe tomatoes
1 small cucumber
10 tender leaves of lettuce

Preparation

Wash the cucumber, lettuce and tomato, dry them, cut the cucumber into very thin slices and the lettuce leaves into julienne strips, the tomato into small cubes without skin, the meat into small pieces.

Put the vegetables and diced meat in a salad bowl and mix well.

In another container, mix the oil, the squeezed and strained lemon, add the salt, mix so that everything is well integrated, then sprinkle the salad and serve.
