Light recipe: Spaghetti with salmon

Ingredients:
* 1 cup of skim milk.
* 300 g of dry light or whole spaghetti.
* Salt.
* Pepper.
* 3 tablespoons olive oil.
* 3 tablespoons of dry white wine.
* 4 tablespoons of chopped chives.
* 300g. fresh salmon (whole piece).
* 1 chopped onion.
* Lemon juice.
* 1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch.

Preparation:

You will have to place the salmon for a few minutes in lemon juice, then season it with salt and pepper and brown on both sides in a pan brushed with oil. Once the fish is golden, you will have to remove the skin and the bones to be able to shred it.

On the other hand, you have to sauté the onion in oil, when it is transparent add the wine. Continue cooking until the alcohol evaporates, add the milk with the diluted starch and cook over low heat until it thickens. Then add the fish and mix.

Finally, cook the spaghetti al dente, mix them with the salmon, season again with salt and pepper and when serving, sprinkle the dish with chives.
