Pumpkin puree

When the temperature drops, it is not enough to just bundle up a little more. The soup hot is still a good way to warm up, apart from being a plato healthy and delicious at the same time. Let's look at a tasty recipe to recharge the body of vitamins, without losing the line.

Ingredients for four persons

  • 400 g of pumpkin,
  • 400 g of carrots,
  • fresh thyme,
  • 1 clove garlic,
  • 100 g of skim white cheese,
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch,
  • nutmeg,
  • salt pepper.

Preparation

  • The vegetables are cut into cubes.
  • They are steamed until tender.
  • In a saucepan, sauté the vegetables with a little olive oil, thyme, and chopped garlic, and stir for 5 minutes over low heat. Then boiling water is added.
  • Mix everything, and let it cool.
  • At the end it is tasted of salt, and the nutmeg is added.
