Pumpkin and carrot juice

This juice will provide you with vitamins A, B1, B2, C in addition to carotene, iron, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, sulfur, copper, bromine, arsenic.

Ingredients

6 small and tender carrots
½ pumpkin
½ glass of mineral water

Preparation

Wash the carrot with a brush and under water very well, this will prevent you from having to peel it and lose many nutrients that are in the skin of it, wash the pumpkin, dry it and peel it and cut it into pieces like the carrot.

Put the pumpkin and carrot in the blender jar and add the glass of water and blend until a homogeneous juice is left, serve cool with ice if you wish.
