Pea, carrot, onion and cheese omelette

A rich combination of creamy, soft natural light and low calories to take care of your silhouette. Makes 6 servings and has a preparation time of 20 to 25 minutes, you can accompany it with a leaf salad or a boiled vegetable puree.

Ingredients

3 medium cups cooked peas
1 grated carrot
200 grams of low calorie fresh cheese
1 egg

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the whites and the egg together with the salt, the parsley and the boiled onion, then add the grated carrot, the cheese in small pieces and the peas, leave in the refrigerator for about 10 to 15 minutes in a container covered.

Put a little vegetable spray in a Teflon pan and heat the pan when it is hot, remove the container from the refrigerator and pour it into the pan, cook 5 minutes moving the pan so that it does not stick, turn it over and cook the other side for another 5 minutes and served piping hot.
