Low calorie papaya, pineapple and watermelon juice

This rich juice is ideal for burning fat, besides being a diuretic and antioxidant, it is made in 30 minutes and can be taken both natural and warm.

Ingredients

1 large papaya

1 small pineapple

1 thin watermelon slice

Preparation

Remove the peel and seeds of the papaya and watermelon, do the same with the pineapple and also remove the eyelets, cut all the fruits into small pieces and put them in the blender jugs, close with the lid and blend until well homogeneous.

Put in a long glass and serve, if you want you can put ice, that way you will get a refreshing drink.
