Nutritious cereal-based diet

This is a different diet from the others, it is specially designed for all those people who for different reasons need to incorporate the different nutrients that make up cereals. It is a very simple plan to carry out and elaborated with a great variety of foods.

Now, to be able to carry out this nutritious diet, people must have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor the infusions preferably with sugar or honey and season all meals in a minimal and healthy way.

Example of daily menu:

Breakfast: infusion and toast of whole wheat bread spread with the mixture of 3 tablespoons of cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of bulgur wheat and 1 tablespoon of oats.

Mid-morning: yogurt with 2 tablespoons of white wheat.

Lunch: meat, salad and fruits. Meals should also be seasoned with garlic powder.

Mid afternoon: grated apple with cinnamon.

Snack: infusion, bran biscuits and plum compote made with sweetener and 1 tablespoon of cocoa.

Dinner: chicken, puree and fruits. Meals should also be seasoned with parsley.

Before going to bed: warm milk with 1 tablespoon of ground barley.
