Natural remedies to combat stress

Lavender

In the time of our grandmothers, this phrase that we hear today: "I'm stressed", was not said, because this disease it did not exist as such. However, grandmothers knew how to recognize the moments in which a person suffered from this disease, although they did not know what to call it but they said they came from the jitters.

Lavender, oil and sun

Let's see a natural and simple way to combat Stress. With the same lavender that the cabinets were scented, it is possible to combat this problem. The grandmothers took two handfuls of flowers from lavender essence freshly cut and macerated in the sun in a liter of olive oil for 3 days.

Afterwards, they filtered them through a fine thread cloth, took more flowers and put them back in the filtered oil in order to take the lavender essence to the max. Then they put the bottle in the sun for 3 more days.

Later, well filtered, the person suffering from stress was given a piece of sugar cane with 4 drops of lavender oil every morning, until his improvement was evident.

Egg yolk to calm

Among the many foods that grandmothers gave to compensate for fatigue, lack of concentration, or headaches, the egg yolk was a natural and effective remedy. The yolk quickly relieves all these setbacks. Since it should not be abused, it should be taken every 2 days for two weeks.
