Ingredients:
»2 kilos of melon.
»100cc. light condensed milk.
»200cc. of water.
»1 tablespoon of sweetener.
»½ tablespoon of light vanilla essence.
Preparation:
You will first need to peel the entire melon and carefully remove all the seeds. Once the fruit is prepared, you will have to cut it into medium pieces and process them until obtaining a cream or paste that does not contain lumps or pieces of fruit and put the preparation in the fridge for 35 minutes.
Once the time has elapsed, you will have to remove the preparation from the refrigerator and add the light condensed milk, the water, the sweetener and the light vanilla essence and mix all the elements well. Finally, you will have to put the preparation in the fridge again for 20 minutes and you can now serve it in any kind of glass.
