Mashed potatoes, a diet food that does not make you fat

We present you a recipe to eat your fill, and that does not make anything fat: mashed potatoes with fish. For one person you will need a packet of dehydrated mashed potatoes, 110 ml of hot water (that does not come to a boil), 40 g of fish white, an egg yolk, and rosemary.

La preparation is simple and easy to carry out: the fish, and prepare the mashed potato with the hot water. Then, with a fork, mash the cooked fish, mix it with the mashed potatoes and the egg yolk is added.

Finally, it is enough to mix the whole well, rectify the salt and little else. The plato dietary it is ready, and can be accompanied with lettuce salad, and some cherry tomatoes.

This puree has several advantages: it is a good satiating, satisfying the appetite and providing the necessary nutrients for health, avoiding any risk of weight gain. Finally, the dish is very tasty, and it is ideal for children to eat fish.

The water for the preparation of the puree can be replaced by lcast of cow or soy. Another possibility is to mix the water with some milk: we will get a better color. Fish offers a great input energetic, since it presents another series of supplementary proteins. This recipe provides about 26 g of protein, 8 g of lipids, and 10 g of carbohydrates, so it is not fattening, no matter how much you eat.
