As we saw previously, minerals are an element that must be present in the human body for it to function properly. All the minerals that excite at present are divided into two large groups, these are the macrominerals and the micro-minerals.
Now, it is of fundamental importance to mention that for the human body to have the necessary minerals and in the correct amounts, all individuals must carry out a very healthy and varied diet based on the intake of meat, vegetables and fruits.
