I don't want to be aggressive, but the outrage overwhelms me !!! I was looking for low protein menus for my old man and what do I find? that they propose to me that in the day it morphs:
    breakfast) light cheese = protein
    lunch)
    grilled chicken = protein
    light gelatin = proteins
Mid afternoon) skim yogurt = protein
Snack) coffee with skim milk = protein
Dinner) lean grilled meat or 200g. grilled fish = protein
omelette made with 2 egg whites = the highest source of protein on the food spectrum !!! x2 !!!

Who has been the infamous ignorant who copied a diet to lose weight and pasted it on this note !?
I hope that no one has "literally" made such a "specially elaborated regime"
    :O(

It is true that the above diet exceeds the daily protein limit, I have chronic kidney failure and I must manage protein consumption very well.

Every day you should eat a portion of meat, this is taken by dividing a pound into six equal parts.

In the week only two servings of cold meats.

And daily a small glass of milk or a small portion of cheese.

Drink a lot of water at least 5 to 6 glasses a day.

    And lots of fruit.

Hayyy and be careful with soy, it has a lot of protein.

... Karla is outrageous that your doctor diagnoses kidney stones and does not give you a diet to follow ... a recommendation is not enough ... change your doctor ... or look for a nutritionist.

I wish they would post or send me a diet for someone with membranous glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome. We know that protein intake should be minimal. Thanks.
