Low calorie stuffed zucchini

This food can be enjoyed both hot and cold, that is why it is an ideal food to consume throughout the year, it is low in calories and very rich, it can be made in quantity and placed in the freezer for 1 month.

Ingredients

1 zucchini
2 celery
1 green onions
150 grams of skim ricotta
2 small piece of low calorie fresh cheese
Go out to your liking
1 egg white
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Cut the zucchini in half and hollow out the two halves, make sure the zucchini you choose is large, then chop the pulp of the round zucchini that you took out to hollow and the celery green, put the oil in a pan and let it heat up, add it at that time the chopped vegetables and sauté them until they are tender.

In a container, mix the sautéed vegetables with the ricotta, an egg white, the salt and fill the round zucchini, up to the edge, then place the piece of cheese on top of each one and take to the oven until the bell pepper is tender.
