Pancakes are easy to make, they have few ingredients which makes them cheap and being low calories is ideal to prepare and get out of the way when we are hungry.
You can accompany them with a salad or as a rich starter, if I have not convinced you yet, in addition to all that has been said, you can eat it taking care of your silhouette, since it is low in calories.
Ingredients
200 grams of flour 000
Egg whites 3
1 glass of skim milk
1 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
Put the eggs with the flour and salt in a container, and mix well then add the milk little by little until you have a light mixture without any lumps. Heat a pancake dish or a small non-stick frying pan and brush with a little olive oil.
Pour a small spoon of the mixture and form the pancake as thin as possible, when it takes a solid consistency, turn the other side, so that it does not brown.
