Low calorie pineapple and peach compote

You are going to love this delicious dessert, it yields 4 servings and you can take it to the freezer in bags for up to three months.

This recipe will provide you with vitamins A, B, B1, B2, B3, C and minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus and potassium.

Ingredients

½ pineapple diced
3 ripe peaches diced
Sweetener required amount
½ liter of water

Preparation

Put the water and the sweetener in a saucepan, when it starts to boil, add the peaches without skin cut into cubes and the pineapple without peels or eyelets, cut in the same shape and size, let it return to boil, cook 10 minutes and remove from heat.
