Low calorie pickled hake fillets

It is very important to consume fish in any healthy and low-calorie diet, it is also very important to incorporate hake filet into your weekly diet and for this I am bringing you a delicious and dietary recipe.

Ingredients
2 hake fillets
2 teaspoons of parsley
1 cebolla
1 large carrot
½ red pepper
½ green pepper
Go out to your liking

Preparation

Wash the carrot the bell pepper, cut the onion into thin julienne strips like the bell peppers and the carrots, peel them and cut them into thin slices.

Put a saucepan with salt and plenty of water to boil when it boils, cook the vegetables for 20 minutes and then put the hake fillets for 3 to 5 minutes.

Serve piping hot with parsley sprinkled on top.
