Ingredients

1 lettuce
1 bunch of radishes
1 large cucumber
150 grams of mushrooms
1 chicory or endive
Juice of one lemon

1 piece of celery
Canola oil
Sal Island

Preparation

Arrange in a salad bowl the lettuce and the endive cut by hand, the cucumbers, the mushrooms and the radishes cut into very thin slices, the chopped celery.
