Low calorie gratin vegetable recipe

30 grams of vegetable margarine
200 cc of skim milk

Preparation:

The low-calorie white sauce is made as follows: put the skim milk together with the cornstarch in a saucepan and mix them well. Cook this preparation over low heat until it thickens. Then, you remove it from the heat and add the vegetable margarine and season with salt and nutmeg, to taste.

Cook the asparagus or selected vegetables in a saucepan with water and salt. Then drain them and arrange them on a platter and drizzle with the white sauce. Finally, sprinkle the preparation with the grated cheese and grill it in the oven for a few minutes.
