Low calorie cream of spinach soup

This rich dish will provide you with vitamins A, C, E and B6 minerals such as iron, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and calcium.

It is prepared quickly and it is an easy recipe, it yields 3 servings and if you accompany it with a squeezed orange juice your body will benefit from a better absorption of iron.

Ingredients
1 bundle of spinach
1 liter of water
1 low calorie powdered vegetable broth
Go out to your liking

Preparation

Bring a saucepan to boil with a liter of salted water, when it boils, put the broth and boil for 3 minutes, put the spinach and cook it for 20 minutes or until the water reduces by half. Remove from the heat and let it cool.

Blend everything and put it back on the fire until it boils, mixing continuously, serve in a deep soup plate or casserole.
