1 tablespoon of olive oil,
1 bell pepper,
1 green bell pepper,
1 zucchini,
1/2 onion,
1 grated carrot
100 grams of bean sprout,
50 grams of shrimp.

Preparation:
Take the chicken and cut it into strips. Mix it with the soy sauce. Now take the vegetables and cut them into julienne.
