Low calorie grape, pear and apple juice

This is a rich juice ideal to drink on hot days and incorporate fruits into your diet. Makes 2 glasses has many vitamins B, B2, B6 E and C. In addition, it contains minerals such as potassium, calcium and sodium, essential in any diet.

Ingredients

2 bunches of pink grapes
2 apples
1 pear
Water glass 1

Preparation

Wash and cut the apple in half, remove the seeds without removing the peel, do the same with the pear, put the grapes in a juicer and extract the juice in a blender jar, along with the apple in pieces and the pear.

Cover the blender and blend everything well until it is homogeneous, then put a little ice and a sorbet in a glass, fill them with the juice, I always served very cold.
