Ingredients
1 green apple
2 small pears
1 liter of water
3 teaspoons powdered sweetener
Preparation
Wash the fruits, dry them, peel them and cut them into pieces without seeds, Put a boil in the saucepan, the water, with the powdered sweetener, when the water is boiling and the sweetener diluted, put the fruit and cook for 15 minutes at 20, or until it is tender, this will depend on the size with which the fruit is cut.
Let it cool down to room temperature and take it in a container with a lid to the refrigerator, for 3 hours, serve in glasses or compoteras.
