Light zucchini cake

This is a light recipe that is very easy to make and delicious, you can make it quickly and it requires a minimum amount of elements. It is an ideal cake for those who are on a diet to lose weight or maintenance because it will provide you with few calories.

The cake is basically made with zucchini, some colored vegetables and condiments. You can incorporate it into any meal of the day. Now, it is advised that you do not exceed the number of portions of cake to eat because you will be incorporating extra calories.

Ingredients:

> 2 kilos of zucchini.
> 2 common onions.
> 1 green onion.
> 1 red bell pepper.
> 1 green bell pepper.
> Salt.
> Pepper.
> Oregano.
> 1 egg white.
> 100 cc. skim milk.
> 50g. grated light cheese.
> 1 light pascualina cover.
> 2 tablespoons of light breadcrumbs.
> Sunflower oil.
> Vegetable spray.

Preparation:

First you must wash the zucchini, cut the ends, boil them for 15 minutes, strain them, cut them into medium pieces, mix in the light breadcrumbs and let them cool. On the other hand, you should sauté the common onions, scallions, red bell peppers and green bell peppers in a small amount of oil.

Once the vegetables are sautéed, place them in a container, add the zucchini, grated cheese and seasonings to taste and mix well. Then you must sprinkle the pan with vegetable spray, place the pascualina lid, dump the preparation and pour the egg white together with the mixed milk and cook for 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
