Light vegetable pizza

> 150g. of smoked tofu.
> Fresh parsley.
> Olive oil.
> Vegetable spray.

Preparation:

You can make the pizza dough yourself or buy it, it must be made with whole wheat flour. You will have to take a baking dish, sprinkle it with vegetable sprinkles, place the dough and cook it at medium temperature in the preheated oven until it is pre-cooked.

Then you will have to sauté the tomatoes, bell peppers and onion in a minimum amount of olive oil. Once the vegetables are cooked you should add the mushrooms, whole wheat flour, tofu and oregano and mix well. Place the preparation on the dough and cook for 10 minutes at the same temperature. At the time of serving you will have to sprinkle the finely chopped parsley.
