Ingredients:

»2 kilos of chard.

»4 garlic cloves, minced.

»3 beaten egg whites.

»3 tablespoons of flour.

»300g. of cheese for salut cut into strips.

" Oregano.

»Provençal.

»Stuffed olives cut into strips.

Preparation:

First you will have to boil the chard, remove the liquid and cut it. Then you should sauté the chard and garlic in a pan with a minimum amount of oil, once cooked add the flour and season to taste with the salt, the oregano and the Provençal, you should mix well and let it rest for 20 minutes.
