Ingredients:
»1 kilo of tomatoes.
»1 kilo of carrots.
»250cc. of water.
" 1 clove garlic.
" 2 tablespoons olive oil.
" Salt.
Preparation:
First you will have to peel all the tomatoes, the carrots and the garlic clove. Then you will have to cut all the vegetables into pieces and process them until obtaining a cream or paste that does not contain lumps or parts of vegetables. You should put the preparation in the fridge for 20 minutes.
You will have to remove the preparation from the refrigerator, add the water, olive oil and salt to taste and mix all the elements well. Finally, you will have to put the preparation in the fridge for another 15 minutes. Of course, you can serve this shake in any kind of glass.
