This is a light recipe that has a delicious flavor, it is very easy to make and in which you will only need a minimum amount of elements, it is basically made with pumpkin and some vegetables. It is a dish that you can incorporate into any meal of the day.

Now, this light stuffed pumpkin recipe was specially designed for all those people who are doing a diet to lose weight or a maintenance plan because it will not make you fat because it only provides you with a minimal amount of calories.

Ingredients:

> 1 large pumpkin.

> 1 Green onion.

> 1 clove of garlic.

> 100g. of cheese for skimmed salut.

> 50g. of ham.

> Salt.

> Pepper.

> 1 egg white.

> Vegetable spray.

Preparation:

First you will have to cut the pumpkin in half lengthwise and boil it for 15 minutes. Once that time has elapsed you must remove it from the water, remove all the pulp and seeds and carefully hollow it out without breaking the skin and placing the filling in a container.

To the container you should add the green onion and the finely chopped garlic clove, the salty cheese and the ham cut into small cubes, the egg white and season with salt and pepper. You will have to mix all the elements well, fill the shells, place them in a source previously sprinkled with vegetable spray, cook for 15 minutes and serve hot.
